My name is Brian Collins and from 17th October 2007 i became the owner of Haven Boarding Kennels & Cattery.With Tina who is manager at the kennels, we work togeather to ensure that your companion is given the very best of care & attention while in our care


We want you to feel safe,secure & confident that your Dog or Cat will be well cared for.

I have been owned by my Airedale's for over 18 years,I sadly miss 'Duke' my Irsh Woolfhound, who I lost a few years ago.
From a young age i have had Hamsters,Rabbits, while growing up we always had a Cat & Dog at Home.

I have for over 18 years activly shown my Airedales, and over recent years acheived some very pleasing wins at Championship level including 'Crufts'

I live at the Haven so all Boarders receive my personal attention several times a day. My manager Tina who is NVQ qualified in animal care, has worked here for many years now is passionate about all the boarders who come into our care,she has a passion for boxers but loves all dogs and has a real knack of making a slightly nervous dog feel at ease and enjoy their stay with us.
Our aim is to ensure that your companions really enjoy their stay with us and are given quality care and attention at all times

We pride ourself that we are not like other companies with answerphone messages, we are here 24 hours a day, while we would ask that customers contact us at sensible times we will answer your call in evening times and at weekends.

Our aim is to give a truly personal service to you and your companions, you will always find an interested response whether calling by phone or on a visit to the kennels.

Every person you speak to here is passionate about animals and will do there best to make sure that your companions will be well cared for.

We feel that we go that little bit further than some kennels,when it comes to taking care of our guests in the excercise, quality of feed and general welfare of each and every boarder that comes into our care.

We encourage new customers to view our facilities prior to booking and either myself or Tina would welcome the opportunity to discuss your companions individual requirements
